  • All orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • Prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Customization Policy

  • Customized and personalized products cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once the work has started.

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct customization details (name, photo, text, etc.).

  • Giftoholic by ankush will not be responsible for errors provided by the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is 10–15 working days from order confirmation.

  • Fast delivery is available at an additional cost of ₹500.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Due to the customized nature of our products, no returns or refunds are accepted.

  • Replacement or refund will be considered only if:

    • The product received is damaged, or

    • The wrong product is delivered.

  • Any such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos.
